Please, join our Fall Picnic for Qazaq families! Pizza, kids’ games, and a chance to connect with local compatriots in a relaxed setting. This is a volunteer-driven, family-friendly gathering for Qazaq families with pizza, kids’ games, and plenty of time to connect in a relaxed atmosphere.
Please plan to arrive on time at 10 AM so you don’t miss the welcome and first activities.
Picnic Agenda
10:00 AM – Welcome
10:10 – 10:30 AM – Set up together
10:30 – 11:15 AM – Ice breaker + coffee/tea time
11:15 – 12:00 PM – 3 Family Games (Ping-pong spoon, Running with jump ropes, Harvest picking) + Face painting in parallel
12:00 – 12:45 PM – Pizza & Drinks
12:45 – 1:30 PM – 2 Games (Arqan tartu – kids only, “Simon Says”) + Balloon Artist in parallel
1:30 – 2:00 PM – Clean-up together
Good to Know
Pizza will be provided; snacks/drinks to share are always welcome
Volunteers are encouraged—jump in anytime to help with games or activities
Bring blankets, chairs, or outdoor toys for extra fun
The park has grassy fields, picnic tables, restrooms, and parking (small fee may apply)
The area is stroller- and wheelchair-friendly
This is a low-key, community-style picnic where everyone contributes to the good mood
